Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FlowLogic's HVAC LiDAR application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

FlowLogic provides a LiDAR-based HVAC installation application that uses augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with measurements, documentation, and integration with ServiceTitan and other HVAC management systems.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

License and Restrictions

FlowLogic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our application for your business purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to interfere with the service's security features

AR Feature Disclaimers

While FlowLogic's AR measurements are designed to be accurate, they should be verified with traditional measurement tools for critical installations. FlowLogic is not responsible for installation errors resulting from measurement inaccuracies.

Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

FlowLogic retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all related intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your data and content.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using FlowLogic. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the service.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your HVAC project data and implement appropriate measures to protect your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

FlowLogic may integrate with third-party services like ServiceTitan. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

FlowLogic's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.
